I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with advanced training in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, certified in Levels 1–3, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). My practice focuses on supporting clients with swelling, pre- and post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, and nervous system regulation. I offer a gentle, education-focused and research-informed approach, helping clients better understand their lymphatic system and how to support their body’s natural processes. I am passionate about lymphatic therapy and the meaningful difference it can make for those living with chronic swelling and pain. I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal, and I am honoured to be part of that journey.
